Sustainable Infill Development (SID) has a mission to pursue sustainable development. Infill is inherently sustainable as it ensures the optimum utilization of urban land and development of affordable housing. We also conduct our operations in a sustainable manner by recycling as much as possible and using sustainable products and processes on site. Much value is placed on this by our various stakeholders and considered a proxy for good business management.
SID has the contacts and experience throughout the Portland real estate market to identify, conceive and subdivide, underutilized land and sell it to home builders, with land use approvals, public improvements and laterals completed as ready "plug-and-play" subdivisions.
